1. Digital goods

XCoda Pro is a digital entitlement. You can try Free features before purchasing.

2. Refund window

If Pro does not unlock within 48 hours of a successful payment, email support@fenwicklabs.com with your billing email and payment receipt. Eligible refunds are processed through PayPal or Razorpay.

3. Abuse

Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in permanent loss of Pro access.
